Following keto can help you to lose weight, but are you heating your goals.
For some people losing weight is enough. But most people wants to get fit, gain strength, and improve their physique.

I lost more than 40 pounds following keto diet. But I am still working on get fit.

I have learned that diet is not enough, you need to workout, combine strength (weight lifting workouts) and cardio to get results. For this personal goal, visual macros counting, lazy keto or even strict keto (75% fat-20% protein-5% crabs macros) didn't help me to build muscle or improve my physique they way I want.

Went I want to reach a personal goal, I always research, I find people who already meet their goals and I try to recreate the steps they followed to get where they wanted to be.

As many of you know, This week I am starting a new journey: GET FIT and STRONG, for that matter, I have joined a 6 week bootcamp that combine diet and excercise with group coaching.

The bootcamp coach had adjusted my macros, dividing macros for my workout days, and macros for my rest days.

I am used to visually count my keto macros, that worked pretty well to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, but it wont' work if I want to build muscle.
